How publishing works

Publishing is a concierge match, not an automatic broadcast. Sill's team personally introduces you to a lender and an agent who fit your situation — and shops for an incentive on your behalf.

Your buyer profile is private by default. Nothing about you reaches an agent or a lender until you choose to publish, and publishing is a deliberate act you can undo at any time.

What happens when you publish

Today, publishing starts a concierge match rather than an automatic broadcast. Sill's team hand-vets lenders and agents working in your market, shows them an anonymized version of your profile, and brings their offers back to you so you can compare them side by side. Typically that takes days, not weeks. If nothing has arrived within seven business days of publishing, we reach out directly with a status update.

You are never auto-matched. An introduction happens because you picked an offer — not because a system assigned you to someone.

What gets shared, and what doesn't

  • Always shared: your ZIP, target deal type, close window, readiness tier, and an anonymized loan-amount range.
  • Shared if you opt in: verified income and asset ranges, and your debt-to-income bucket.
  • Shared only per field, if you say so: exact income, exact assets, and full work history.
  • Held back until you accept an offer: your name, email, phone number, and exact address.

Anonymized ranges are the default. Exact figures are an opt-in, one field at a time, and your contact details are never part of the published profile.

When the marketplace opens

The Sill marketplace is launching soon. In it, publishing puts an anonymized buyer passport in front of vetted agents in your market, and they respond with concrete offers — rate buydowns, waived fees, or commission rebates where state law allows. You compare them side by side and choose who earns your business, with identity released only on a double opt-in.

Agents will pay Sill a flat connection fee to reach verified buyers. Sill never takes a cut of what you save at the table, and you never pay an agent or a lender through Sill. Building your profile now is what makes you ready on day one.
