Sill offers optional text message notifications about your account, buyer readiness, marketplace activity, rate alerts, document requests, and messages from your connected agent or loan officer.

Sill does not use purchased phone lists or send text messages to users who have not opted in.

Sill does not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent status with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you are signed in to Sill, you can manage the same SMS consent in the Sill app under Settings > Notifications > Text message preferences. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact support@usesill.com.

Signed-in users see the same opt-in consent and per-category controls in the Sill app, shown below before and after opting in.
